Wide Overhand Lat Pulldown
- (See your notes) Place your hands far outside shoulder width in an overhand grip.
- Pull your shoulder blades downward and heave the bar to the center of your chest. The bar must touch your chest each rep. To achieve this, lean back a few degrees in the bottom position. If you still can’t touch the bar to your chest, the weight is too heavy.
- Let your arms go straight in the stretched/top position and sit up vertically so your shoulder blades get pulled upward slightly.
