Wide Grip Shoulder Pull

Instructions
  1. (See your notes) - Grab the bar with a wide overhand grip. Your hands should be outside the bend in the bar.
  2. Pull your shoulders low and lean back about 20º . Stay leaning back the whole time.
  3. Pull the bar quickly and smoothly as high up on your chest as possible. You should be pulling so strongly you will shake when the bar touches your chest (see video).
