Triceps Pushdown with Rope
- Set the cable at its highest position and grab the rope evenly with both hands.
- Step back away from the cable, lean forward slightly and point your elbows straight to the floor. Keep them there the whole time.
- Push the handles down all the way and hold it there briefly. Then slowly bend your arms all the way back up without letting your elbows move significantly.
- Big range of motion is important. Your arms must bend as much as possible without letting your elbows move much.
