Suspended Stiff Hip Leg Curl
- (See your notes) Set the straps or rings at the appropriate height.
- Set your heels in the straps/rings. Keep your toes pointing vertical.
- With only your shoulder blades contacting the ground, bend your knees as you try to kick your own butt with your heels.
- Do not allow your hips to sag; keep your hips and lower back in a straight line.
