Single Leg Suspended Stiff Hip Leg Curl
- (See your notes) Set the straps or rings at the appropriate height.
- Set your heel in the strap/ring. Keep your toes pointing vertical.
- Pull your non-working leg's knee over your hip. Do not allow this knee to move.
- With only your shoulder blades and arms contacting the ground, bend your knee as you try to kick your own butt with your heel.
- Do not allow your hips to sag; keep your hips and lower back in a straight line.
