Single Leg Suspended Leg Curl
- (See your notes) Set the straps or rings at the appropriate height.
- Set your heel in the strap/ring. Keep your toes pointing vertical.
- Pull your non-working leg's knee over your hip. Do not allow this knee to move.
- Keeping your hips in line with your chest and near the floor, with only your shoulder blades and arms contacting the ground, bend your knee as you try to kick your own butt with your heel.
