- (See your notes) Attach your band and pick a foot position that allows you to use maximum range of motion. That means your knee should get as close to your chest as possible and your knee should bend as much as possible without letting hips move. Your spine and butt should stay planted at all times.
- Place your non-working foot flat on the floor so your non-working thigh stays as flat on the seat as possible.
- Straighten your leg at the top, but do not fully lock out your knee.
