Single Leg Press (plate loaded machine)
- (See your notes) - Pick a foot position that allows you to use maximum range of motion. That means your knee should get as close to your chest as possible and your knee should bend as much as possible.
- Do not let your lower back round or let your pelvis tuck under.
- Straighten your leg at the top, but do not hyperextend your knees.
- Tempo: explosive concentric (pushing), take one quick breath, controlled eccentric (lowering) transitioning without any pause immediately into the next concentric (pushing).
