Single Leg Eccentric Sliding Body Curl
- Put your heel on the slider/blanket with your leg straight and pull your non-working leg's knee over your hip. Do not allow this knee to move.
- Pull your heel toward your hips.
- Press your hips high up so your hips and lower back are in a straight line.
- While flexing your glutes, keep your hips and lower back in a straight line as you slide your heel away.
