Single Arm Tricep Pushdown with Rope
- Set the cable at its highest position and grab the handle, tuck your elbow by your side and keep it there the whole time.
- Step back away from cable about a foot and lean forward slightly.
- Push the handle down all the way and hold it there briefly, then slowly bend your arm all the way back up with your elbow glued to your side the whole time.
- Big range of motion is important. Your arms must bend as much as possible without letting your elbows move.
