Single Arm Lat Pulldown (extension)
- (See your notes) Set up the seat in the lowest position possible.
- Depress your shoulder blade (pull it downward as low as possible). Your arm will likely still be straight if you've been able to set the seat low enough.
- Pull the handle to your armpit letting your hand and wrist rotate naturally. Do not force your elbow to any particular position other than as low to your side as possible. It will naturally stay pointed roughly in front of you.
