Single Arm Lat Pulldown (adduction)
- (See your notes) Set up the seat in the lowest position possible.
- Depress your shoulder blade (pull it downward as low as possible). Your arm will likely still be straight if you've been able to set the seat low enough.
- Keeping your palm facing straight away from you, pull the handle to your side as low as possible. Your elbow will end up just behind your body (see video).
