Single Arm Cable Tricep Overhead Extension
- Grab the cable handle vertically with one hand like in the video.
- Let the cable lower overhead naturally as low as possible, then push back up overhead until your elbow fully locks out.
- Your forearm should firmly press into your bicep at the bottom part of each rep and it should be impossible to bend your arm any further.
- Allow your elbow to flare outward or inward, whichever is most comfortable. What matters is keeping your elbow pointed upward as high as possible.
