Single Arm Cable Overhead Press
- Set up the cables according to your notes.
- Stand with feet staggered between the cables facing away from the machine, and grab the handle but do not lift them up yet.
- Crouch slightly downward so you can bring the cable handle up to your shoulder like you would a dumbbell for a regular overhead press. There should be no resistance on the cable until you stand up.
- Stand up with the handle at your shoulders, and press smoothly overhead keeping your palm facing forward the whole time. Let your elbow come down as low as possible each rep while keeping your elbow straight out to your side.
