Overhand Grip Machine Chest Press
- (See your position notes) - Sit on the seat with chest approximately at height of handles. Grab the wide handles with an overhand grip. Flare your elbows out to your sides.
- On the first rep press away very slowly until you feel the weight fully load up and resistance becomes heavy in your hands.
- Once the weight is loaded up, press away quickly and smoothly until elbows are nearly locked.
- Lower weight until chest muscles are slightly stretched, gently letting the weight plates contact each other before pressing away again smoothly and quickly.
