Kneeling Single Arm Cable Chest Press
- (See your notes) - Set the cables so they are at shoulder height when you are in the kneeling position.
- Kneel on the same side leg as the arm you're exercising and grab something sturdy with your opposite hand.
- With a 45-60° angle between your arm and torso (the area between the red lines in the image), press the cable forward from a maximal pec stretch all the way to complete elbow lock-out.
- Push your chest forward as you press the cable away to protect your shoulders. Keep your torso as vertical as you can.
