Hi there, I'm Harrison.

I'm a body transformation coach for smart people. My clients are intelligent, successful people who want their "outside" to match their "inside".
I help those who KNOW they want to look better, but have every invisible barrier to this imaginable. Maybe you tell yourself you were just born skinny or built with extra curves, or that it's selfish to take the time to exercise when you "should" be spending that time with friends and family. Maybe you don't know anything about working out or eating well, so when you finally work up the nerve to go work out again, you do the same old exercises and get bored fast, just like you did the last time. And if you try to do something different, you get overwhelmed by all the billions of workout plans and nutrition tips out there, and stop going to the gym yet again.
A lot of us put so much focus and energy on becoming better on the inside (our intellectual side), that we often forget the outside.
Maybe you used to think it was shallow to spend time or money on improving how you looked. Perhaps you and your friends used to make fun of people who talked about going to the gym or even buying really nice clothes, saying "Who are you trying to impress? You know if someone actually liked you for you, they wouldn't care what you looked like." The messed up part being that we're all still attracted to the people that obviously take care of themselves physically, but somehow we expect others to be attracted to us for who we are on the inside only.
Of course, it wasn't just about looks. Once out of school and working, you started to feel the same way as everybody else: tired all morning every morning, slow and dragging all afternoon. (Jump forward to just a few weeks from now and imagine how you'll feel with consistent energy throughout the day, even though you're working harder than ever and going out with your friends all the time.)
Look, you already know how to handle your career and business. But your health and fitness — your "outside" — is what you SEE and FEEL every morning. And, it's what others see first when you meet them.
To be blunt, it's not superficial to want to look your best. Looking amazing isn't something that's only for other "lucky" or "shallow" people. It's not shallow to want to get rid of the "buddha belly", fit into your sexy jeans, or build muscle so others take one look at you and say “WHOA! They look incredible.” Instead, wanting these things proves just how much you want to take care of yourself for your health and your (future) family.
A year from now you’ll look back at today and compare yourself. What will you see?
Someone who looks about the same, maybe with a few gray hairs and shirts that are stretching around your stomach?
Or will you see a happy, healthier, even more attractive version of yourself?
You’re on your own for the former, along with everyone else who chooses to "figure it out" on their own, wondering why they look the same, or worse, year after year, even though they're "doing everything right".
But if you’re ready to make your “outside” match your intelligent, attractive, amazing “inside”, I can help you get there. Because once you feel the energy and vibrancy, and see the confidence that comes with having your best body ever, you’ll never look back.
