Dumbbell Sumo Straight Back Stiff Leg Deadlift

Instructions
  1. With a dumbbell in each hand and your arms straight, smoothly bow forward until you feel a mild stretch in your hamstrings without letting your back bend or round noticeably. You may bend your knees ever so slightly.
  2. Smoothly and quickly press your hips forward.
  3. Everyone's flexibility is different, so everyone will be able to reach down to different levels. What matters is that you do not let your back round noticeably during the movement.
