- With a dumbbell in each hand and your arms straight, smoothly bow forward until you feel a mild stretch in your hamstrings without letting your back bend or round noticeably. You may bend your knees ever so slightly.
- Smoothly and quickly press your hips forward.
- Everyone's flexibility is different, so everyone will be able to reach down to different levels. What matters is that you do not let your back round noticeably during the movement.
