Dumbbell Lateral Raise
- Bend over slightly with knees bent. Keep your chest up the whole time.
- Raise your arms to your sides until the elbows are at shoulder height. Keep your elbows' height above or equal to your wrists.
- Keep your elbows pointed high while keeping your arms nearly bent. At the top of the movement, elbows (not necessarily dumbbells) should be at the same height, or slightly above, as your shoulders.
