Double Dumbbell Row
- Use a wide stance with your knees quite bent. Lean over until your torso is nearly parallel to the floor. Do not let your back round.
- Hold the dumbbells with your palms facing each other.
- Keeping your palms facing inward, explosively pull your elbow straight up as high as you can without lifting up your chest. Your upper arms should be slightly flared outward and your elbows should end up a bit behind your torso. Pause here briefly before lowering the weight.
- Do not let your back round; do not lift your chest or twist your torso as you pull the dumbbells upward.
