Calf Press on Leg Press Machine with Eccentric Overload

Instructions
  1. (See your notes) - Set the seat far enough back so your legs are only slightly bent.
  2. Place the ball of one foot on the bottom of the platform so the midline and heel is hanging below (see video).
  3. Keeping your working leg locked, press away with both feet, remove your non working foot, and control the weight slowly downward with one foot only.
