Cable Overhead Press
- Set up the cables according to your notes.
- Stand with feet staggered between the cables facing away from the machine, and grab the handles but do not lift them up yet.
- Crouch slightly downward so you can bring the cable handles up to your shoulders like you would a pair of dumbbells for a regular overhead press. There should be no resistance on the cables until you stand up.
- Stand up with the handles at your shoulders, and press smoothly overhead keeping your palms facing forward the whole time. Let your elbows come down as low as possible each rep while keeping your elbows straight out to your sides.
