Alternating Incline Dumbbell Curl
- Set a bench at 45º and sit leaning back.
- Keep your shoulder blades pressed into the back pad.
- Let your arms hang down, allowing your palms to face each other.
- Keeping your upper arms stationary, smoothly rotate your palm toward the ceiling as you curl the dumbbell up one arm at a time.
- Smoothly uncurl back to the start where your palms will face each other again.
